Shelly Bypass bridges neutral and line which eliminates the 20w requirement.
Shelly Bypass is suitable for Shelly 1L for resistive loads below 20w without connected neutral or Shelly Dimmer 2 for loads below 10w without connected neutral.
The Shelly 1L and Shelly Dimmer 2 can work without a neutral wire in the gang box. However, they require a minimum load of 20 watts and if the load is lower than that you can install the Shelly Bypass in the ceiling rose/light fixture.
